Join us as we follow along with Kate Green, our favorite BERNINA embroidery specialist, and embroider a new, fresh, fun Modern Baltimore Album-style quilt! Each of the six different lessons will build your embroidery toolbox with new techniques and materials. You can attend either in-person or online!
As a bonus, we will also meet once every two months for a hands-on software class. This class will offer a unique perspective on digitizing from scratch and will help marry the theoretical and practical applications of software. The software class is offered as a stand-alone option if you want to join us for that portion of the class.
Class Options:
In-Person: We will meet in person each month and complete the 12 blocks for the top, two of each design.
Online: Access Kate's class virtually and watch/sew on your own schedule. (You can also purchase the in-person software component if you'd like to join for that portion.)
Software Only: Select this option if (a) you're only interested in digitizing from scratch or (b) you'd like to add it on to your online class.
Notes:
- Class will use the BERNINA medium or small clamp hoop.
- In-person will include a kit of fabric and stabilizer. See our add-ons thread box to complete your class!
- In early 2028, we'll offer classes focused on assembling and finishing your quilt blocks.
