Have a BERNINA that needs servicing? Our in-house BERNINA Certified technicians can help you get back to sewing.
We offer tiered pricing depending on the complexity of your machine. Service typically ranges between $85 - $120. Repairs are an hourly rate plus parts.
For machine drop-offs, please bring:
- sewing machine
- power cord
- foot pedal
- a zig-zag presser foot (all purpose foot)
- embroidery module + embroidery presser foot (if servicing module)
- any stitching problem sample (if applicable)
We do not have a booking system for machine service, as it is first come, first serve. If you have more questions, please call the shop.

What if I don't have a BERNINA? That's okay too! We service all brands!
